Vasselli, File # P2323-435PM with an application for a minor site plan to permit the following: The Owner proposes adding an L-shape extension to an existing c 1920’s Dutch Colonial mixed-use structure – currently hosting a small 705 sf commercial space (Medical Office) on the first floor and a 1 bedroom Apartment above. The existing building will receive significant interior and exterior improvements, windows, finishes, roofline and entries- but the uses will remain – a slightly larger 870 sf commercial tenancy (fully HC accessible) and a 1 Bedroom Apartment above.
