NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWNSHIP OF HILLSBOROUGH PLANNING BOARD TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. a hearing will be held before the Hillsborough Township Planning Board at the Hillsborough Township Municipal Courtroom of The Peter J. Biondi Building, (Municipal Complex), 379 South Branch Road, Hillsborough, New Jersey 08844, to consider the application of Evergreen Energy, LLC (Foothill Estates, LLC) for Minor Site Plan approval associated with the proposed installation of a ground mounted solar array and related improvements, including fencing and landscaping to the rear of the existing Foothill Acres Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Facility located at 39 East Mountain Road, Hillsborough, New Jersey, also known as Block 12, Lot 27.01 on the tax maps of the Township of Hillsborough.
