Public Hearing Announcement/Public Notice Mercer County - Public Hearing PURPOSE: Mercer County is seeking funding through the State of NJ Green Acres Stewardship Program for improvements at Rosedale Lake located at 424 Federal City Road in Hopewell Township, NJ 08534. Evergreen – Former Philadelphia Refinery Sitewide Fate and Transport Remedial Investigation and Human Health Risk Assessment Combination Report Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2., notice is hereby given that Evergreen is submitting a Sitewide Fate and Transport Remedial Investigation Report and a Human Health Risk Assessment Report to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) and the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the Former Philadelphia Refinery located at 3144 Passyunk Avenue, City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania on January 2, 2025. The report is being submitted in accordance with site-specific remediation standards. The Act 2 public comment period associated with the report will be 45 days in duration following submittal of the report on January 2, 2025, extending through February 16, 2025.
