NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Hopewell in Mercer County, New Jersey (“Borough”), is requesting Statements of Qualifications under the provisions of the Water infrastructure Protection Act, N.J.S.A. 58:30-3 et seq. (“WIPA”), from capable private and public entitles for the following: Sale of the Borough of Hopewell’s Water Utility System, Physical Assets and Infrastructure Under the Provisions of the Water Infrastructure Protection Act (N.J.S.A. 58:30-1 et seq.).
