LEGAL NOTICE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY IN THE BOROUGH OF PENNINGTON FOR UNPAID TAXES AND OTHER MUNICIPAL LIENS PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that I, Sandra Webb, Tax Collector of the Borough of Pennington, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey on Friday, December 5, 2024 at 12:00 pm in the Tax Office of the Borough of Pennington, 30 North Main Street, Pennington, New Jersey or at such later time and place to which said sale may then be adjourned, will expose for lien sale and sell the several parcels of land on which taxes and/or other municipal charges remain unpaid for the year 2023 and prior subject to N.J.S.A. 54:5 et seq. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF GLOUCESTER SFY2025 SMALL CITIES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM The City of Gloucester will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 4:00 pm, City Hall, 313 Monmouth St., Gloucester City, NJ 08030. The purpose of this hearing is as follows: (1) to explain federal and state guidelines; (2) to review eligible and proposed program activities; (3) to consider proposals for an application under the Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program; and (4) to receive citizen comments and recommendations. Total Funds Available: $6,730,317 At least 70 percent of the funds available must be used for activities that primarily benefit people with low and moderate income. Acquisition, construction, or installation of public facilities; 3. Code enforcement in deteriorated or deteriorating areas; 4. Clearance, demolition and rehabilitation of buildings; 5. Activities necessary to develop: - A comprehensive community development plan; and - Policy planning management capacity to enable the recipient to more effectively administer the program; 8. Payment of reasonable administrative costs; and 9. Activities carried out by public or private non-profit organizations.
