HILLSBOROUGH TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TAKE NOTICE that on January 15, 2025 at 7:00 o’clock p.m., a hearing will be held before the Hillsborough Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Courtroom of The Peter J. Biondi Building (Municipal Complex), 379 South Branch Road, Hillsborough, New Jersey on application BA-24-07 filed by the undersigned to amend the 2003 Hillsborough Board of Adjustment Resolution as to Application BA-03-7 as follows: (i) preliminary and final major site plan approval to add 46 townhouse rental apartments, 4 walk-up restaurants, 311 parking spaces and an amphitheater; (ii) use variance to construct the aforesaid 46 townhouse rental apartments (including 8 COAH units); (iii) if required, bulk variance for minimum distance between buildings as to GC Zone though not required for CDZ Zone; (iv) waiver to convert the southernmost existing driveway from gravel to paving; and (v) for such other relief as may be required all as to a premises commonly known as Carriage Farm which is located at 2 Clerico Lane, Hillsborough, New Jersey and designated as Block 200.10, Lot 4 on the Hillsborough Township Tax Map.
