Notification of Environmental Investigation and Cleanup Jem Cleaners 33 Princeton Hightstown Road (Block 5, Portion of Lot 20.01) NJDEP Preferred Identification #802578 December 19, 2024 In accordance with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) regulations for “Notification and Public Outreach”, Won Chang Realty, Inc. provides herein information relating to environmental investigative and remedial activities being conducted at the above referenced Site. Chemical constituents associated with retail dry cleaner operations formerly conducted at the Site including, but not limited to, tetrachloroethene (PCE), trichloroethene (TCE), benzene, vinyl chloride, and 1,1-dichlorethene were initially detected in the soil, and/or groundwater in 2019. Since this time, the contamination in the soil and groundwater has migrated from the former dry cleaners. Ellsworth Advisory Services, LLC is conducting investigative and remedial activities in accordance with the requirements of the NJDEP to address the chemical constituents detected. In addition, an evaluation of receptors in the area has been completed in order to ensure that the remedial approach is appropriate for the Site.
