Requests for bids are being solicited through, and the RFB is being issued in accordance with a “fair and open process” under the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law, N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. A PRE-BID MEETING AND WALK-THROUGH will be held at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2024, in the Quiet Room, 1st floor, Princeton Public Library. ATTENDANCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. Bidders will have the opportunity to inspect the HVAC systems in the 4th floor mechanical room and all areas affected by the work.
